Job description:

Project Architect

B.Arch Candidate with minimum 8 to 10 years experience is must.

The candidate will be responsible for handling Project Development starting from the Concept Layout, Space Planning to the co-ordination and Execution in public sector building.

To Conduct Pre planning studies for new construction and renovations to buildings and facilities

To communicate with vendors and contractors to incorporate input in to project designs.

Should have a through knowledge of design, approval drawings, working drawings, DC rules & Liaison process

To Review technical drawings developed by cad drafters and technicians
