1. Candidate should be from B Tech (Civil) / B Arch background. Diploma holders should not apply for this position.
2. Candidate should have 7 – 10 years of experience in commercial interior fit out projects & should experience in QS / Billing.
3. Candidate should be able to handle projects independently & should be able to do resource management, vendor management, scheduling, client interaction.
4. Candidate should have good communication skills.
5. Candidate should be willing to travel across East India for different project requirements.
