Qualification:	✔️ The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Civil Engineering or Architecture or Planning (Town/Urban/City) from a recognized university and Post-graduate / Masters degree in Town Planning or Regional Planning or City Planning or Town & Country Planning or Urban Planning or any sub-specialization thereof inter alia environmental Planning, Housing, Infrastructure Planning, Industrial-area Planning or such fields alike, Excluding Traffic and transportation Planning, from a Government recognized institute or Associate Membership Examination (AITP) conducted by the Institute of Town Planners of India (ITPI) The Candidate should be Associate Member of the Institute of Town Planners, India
