⭐ Rules for Portfolio competition
▪️ Entries are limited to one entry per person
▪️ Images in the portfolio shall be free of any marker identifying information such as copyright information, watermarks etc.

⭐Marking Criteria and Award Categories
Category A
70% – Judges
15% – Instagram likes
15% – LinkedIn likes

Category B – People’s Choice Award
50% LinkedIn
50% Instagram

⭐Eligibility Criteria
Students currently pursuing their B.Arch
(3rd to 5th year)

⭐Submission Standards
1) The portfolio submission shall be in PDF format only
2) Maximum size of portfolio – 10 MB
3) Maximum number of pages – 25 pages (Including cover page, resume etc. if any)
4) Pdfs should be legible at both distant and magnified views
5) Projects in the portfolio may be hand drawn, computer generated, and/or a combination of both.

⭐Shortlisted students need to submit their college identity card, for confirmation of the current academic year.

⭐Voting will begin as soon as you submit your portfolio

Round 1
Shortlisting of portfolios will be done on the basis of the submission standards and eligibility criteria. Shortlisted portfolios will qualify for the Round 2
Judging Criteria – Submission Standards

Round 2
Shortlisted portfolios from round 1 will be judged by the judges, and further shortlisted for Round 3.
Judging Criteria – Design skills, Portfolio structure, Graphical representation

Round 3
The final 10 shortlisted candidates shall get an opportunity to give an online presentation of their respective work, which shall be uploaded on the Exam Assure social media pages.
Judging Criteria – Presentation and Communication Skills

⭐Result
Top 3 will get a prize, and the top 10 will get special mention along with certificates.
