Job Description
Handling and supporting the Project Manager in performing the vendor prequalification service as per the
requirements of the Client.
- Preparation of the evaluation criteria/checklist for the Prequalification process.
- Coordinating with the client for obtaining vendors and work package details.
- Coordination and follow-up with the vendors/suppliers for the obtaining the information required for the Prequalification evaluation.
- Performing the site inspections and factory inspections within Delhi NCR or outside based on the requirement of the work package.
- Evaluating the vendor/supplier based on the preset criteria and providing the scoring to the vendor/supplier.
- Preparing the site/factory inspection reports on timely basis to meet the TAT of the PQ process.
- Preparing the Prequalification reports of each package in coordination with the Project Manager and highlighting the findings during the evaluation process to the Client.
- Recording proper communication on approval received from clients for approvals and deviations in the criteria.
Qualifications
Education – B.E/B.Tech/Diploma (Civil)
- Candidate should have the experience of working on large scale construction projects within India and possesses excellent technical and communication skills.
- A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, work packages, from project conception stage, through all of the operational stages to completion and post-project review.
3+ years work experience with demonstrated career growth graph.
