Exam assure Refund and Return Policy
Your purchase of coaching packages or sessions indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. However, we also understand that unexpected events can happen. In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of Grace Possible. We ask the Client to be committed and faithful, and we commit to offering grace when needed.
In general these guidelines apply for coaching refunds and cancellations:
For Long term courses (More than 08 Months Duration)
You can request for 100% refund within 10 days of Joining, if you are not satisfied or don’t want to continue for further classes (10% Transaction fee will be deducted also Price of Hard Copy will be deducted if dispatched or delivered any).
For Short term Courses (Less than 06 Months Duration)
No refunds will be applicable for short term courses. (e.g. Crash Courses, Courses duration of less than 06 Months)
For Webinar/ Seminars/ Workshops
No refunds will be applicable for Webinars, Seminars and Workshops in any cases.
For Participating in Exam Assure Competitions
No Refund policy will be applicable.
For Notes/ Study Materials
No refunds will be applicable if a hard copy is dispatched/ delivered.
No Return will be accepted.
For Notes in Soft Copy (PDF, MS Word, PPT format)
No Refund/ Return/ Cancellation will be applicable in this case.
For Exam Assure Subscription Plans
No Refund/ Return/ Cancellation will be applicable in this case.
