WE ARE HIRING – URBAN PLANNERS

Role Description
This is a full-time Office Role for an Urban Planners (Junior – Assistant and Senior Level) located in Surat. The Urban Planners will be responsible for urban planning, spatial planning, environmental planning, land use planning, and overall planning tasks to support various projects – Development Plans, Town Planning Schemes, Special Area Master Plans.

Qualifications
Junior position – freshers may apply
Assistant position – Experience 3 to 5 years
Senior position – Experience more than 10 years
Min. Educational Qualification – Post Graduate in Urban Planning

Skills
Regional Planning and Urban Planning skills
Environmental Planning and Land Use Planning skills
Knowledge and experience in GIS-based Planning
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
Experience with relevant software tools and technologies (GIS, DGPS, Drone etc.)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning or related field
