Meinhardt is urgently looking forward to having you join our team of world-class professionals. We have an opening for Quantity Surveyor having 5-6 years of relevant experience.

Position: Quantity Surveyor
Experience: 5-6 years
Educational Qualification: Diploma/ Graduate in Civil Engineering
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of BOQ & BOM from GFC drawings.
2. Study contract document, scope, bill of quantities, financial and commercial terms.
3. Knowledge of detailed drawing study.
4. Knowledge of activity specification and BOQ preparation.
5. Well versed with DSR, PAR & IS Codes.
6. Preparation of Rate analysis.
7. Vendor Management & Rate Negotiation.
8. Knowledge of BBS Preparation.
9. Well versed with Market rates of civil items.
10. Prepares detailed tender documentation, including bills of quantities, specifications, and any other relevant contract documents. These documents provide a comprehensive breakdown of the project’s scope of work and materials required, allowing contractors to submit accurate bids.
