ROLE:- SENIOR ARCHITECT
Qualification : B. Arch
Experience : 5-10 years
• Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.
• Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental Bylaws and safety regulations.
• Researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials.
• Monitoring the work of other Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.
• Providing guidance to subconsultants like Structure, MEP Service, Contractors, and helping them interpret design specifications.
• Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
• Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
• Acting as a mentor to new Architects and helping them fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.
• Bachelor’s or Master degree in architecture.
• The person should have COA Registration
• A good portfolio and several years of work experience as an Architect.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
• In-depth understanding of CAD and other’s Design software.
• Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.

ROLE :- LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT
Qualification : B. Arch, M. Arch.
Experience : 3- 5 years
Job description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape & Project Architect to join our team and take charge of the planning and development of external spaces for our valued clients. As a Landscape & Project Architect, your primary responsibilities will involve creating detailed plans utilizing CAD software, engaging in meaningful consultations with clients to understand their specific requirements, and preparing comprehensive contracts to ensure the successful completion of necessary work.
Qualifications
• A Masters degree in Landscape Architecture from universities of International repute will be an added advantage
• Bachelors degree holders in Landscape Architecture or Architecture will be considered, if they can showcase relevant experience in Landscape Design project stages including design, documentation and site implementation
• Chartered candidates shall have an added advantage
Soft Skills
• Excellent Communication skills in written and spoken English
• Capable of working on own initiative or as part of a larger multidisciplinary team
• Have a logical and organized approach to project delivery and able to follow instructions and guidance by senior team members
• Be aware of the effect of delivery time on financial performance and proactively manage time on an assigned project
• Willingness to work as a team or individual, and share information and knowledge with team members

ROLE :- JR.ARCHITECT
Qualification : B.Arch
Experience : 3- 5 years
The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution.
Responsibilities
• Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
• Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
• Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop etc.
Role Description
• The Architect will be responsible for Architecture Projects planning, Architecture Buildings design, Master Planning, Construction Supervisions, Project Co-ordination with Various Clients, Government Authorities & Sub-Consultants.
Qualifications
• Architecture Planning and Architecture Design skills
• Experience in Projects Design
• Ability to create Planting Plans
• Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other Architecture design software
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
