Job description:

Associate Project Coordinator (GIS and MIS)

Position Type: Full-time

Experience: 0 – 1 years of experience

Job Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Contract Period:

1 Year initially with 3 months’ probation. Can be further extended upon successful performance assessment and mutual consent.

Reporting to: Director, WASSAN Foundation

Key Responsibilities:
● Use Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to support the planning, design, and implementation of urban water management solutions.
● Apply GIS tools to analyze spatial data relevant to urban waters and related infrastructure projects.
● Develop and maintain databases as per project-specific Management Information Systems (MIS).
● Ensure that the databases are structured and maintained for effective data retrieval and project tracking.
● Create and maintain dashboards for monitoring project performance and progress.
● Prepare monthly progress reports that align with the project deliverables.
● Populate and update project dashboards regularly, ensuring accurate data representation and timely reporting to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:
● Expertise in GIS applications in urban contexts, with a focus on urban water management and infrastructure planning.
● Experience in developing and managing databases related to GIS and MIS.
● Proficiency in creating interactive and intuitive dashboards for data representation.
● Knowledge and practical experience in GIS applications specific to urban projects, especially in the context of water resources and infrastructure development.

Note:
● Ability to travel extensively within Hyderabad city
● Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and be comfortable riding a two-wheeler for official purposes”
