Job Requirements at Vision EIS Consulting Pvt. Ltd
Need Land Value Capture Expert for a World Bank funded project ‘Program Management Consultant (PMC) for Gujarat Resilient Cities Partnership: Ahmedabad City Resilience Project (GRCP)’ under Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation.
Engagement – 27 months out of a total project duration of 36 months
Post graduate qualification in urban planning/civil engineering with Masters degree in Business studies / Business Administration (MBA) with an experience of more than 15 years in assessment of Land Value Capture (LVC) tools and framework, usage of LVC tools, to enhance revenue especially in municipalities, analyzing asset monetization frameworks, developing and implementing real estate asset registers, strengthening LVC framework is required.
Position-Consultant on a contractual basis
Remuneration: As per industry standards.
