The Pay will be fixed at the minimum of Scale of pay Rs. 70,000-2,00,000 in the Pay Matrix as per 3rd PRC (approximate gross salary would be around Rs. 1,70,000/- including Dearness Allowance, Cafeteria Allowance, House Rent Allowance in present level and other benefits as per the Company policy) -Parent pay plus Deputation Allowance on Deputation basis.
