Job description:

Interior Designer
CCBA Designs is growing its Interior Design vertical focused on Commercial, Retail and Hospitality interiors.

​Sincere hardworking designers with modern design sensibilities and a desire to grow are encouraged.

Role & Responsibilities:
Produce concept, schematic, tender, detail drawings, 3D renders and presentations as per CCBA’s design philosophy.

Coordinate and communicate with consultants and other teams to incorporate their inputs in the project as per the design intent.

Participate in site visits to look after the execution of the on-site work.

Prepare presentations to communicate design ideas effectively. 

Determine and adhere to timelines.

Educational Qualification:
Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/ Interior Design

Work Experience
Preferred: 3-5 years in a similar role

Skills (Mandatory)

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign and MS office.
2. Proficiency in rendering softwares such as Lumion, Enscape and D5.  
3. Good graphical and presentation skills. 
4. Preparation of execution drawings.
5. Up-to date with various interior trends, materials and finishes. 
6. Good communication skill with proficiency in English. 
7. Good interpersonal and coordination skills. 
8. Time & priority management. 

Skills (Preferred)

1. Proficiency in Revit or any other BIM software
