As an intern, you will:
✅ Work on practice-oriented research in statutory planning, land policy, and urban governance
✅ Support policy analysis and advisory projects to improve land regulations and development frameworks
✅ Contribute to capacity-building programs for government agencies and urban practitioners
✅ Gain hands-on experience in comparative studies, land pooling mechanisms, and built-form regulations.
