Requirements
✅Ability to create plans and draft construction drawings using AutoCAD.
✅Ability to perform tasks related to design, drafting, 3D Modeling, and presentation, and assist with the preparation of specifications and cost estimation for the project.
✅Working proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion / Vray / Enscape, and Photoshop.
✅Ability to conduct site evaluations to ensure the quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
✅Ability to collaborate with the team and coordinate efficiently with multiple stakeholders including contractors, vendors, and consultants.
✅✅Passionate about gaining in-depth knowledge of construction and assisting in all phases of projects.
