Job description:
Lead – Estimation & Budgeting
AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT, India
RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and analyze Budgets, CTC Reports etc. proposed by the Business Unit / Region
Review and Validate Extra Items, Qty variations, Allocation of escalation & Contingencies etc for the Region
Provide necessary support in QS & Estimation works
Conduct / Participate in value engineering workshops,
Auditing of Billing, QS & E functional work, Observations, Corrective actions
Identify cost related Risks, Suggest preventive actions
Provide assistance for cost benchmarking, standardization, AOP preparation etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate in Civil Engineering / Architecture
15 – 20 Years of work experience
