What you will be doing

As Manager- Transport & Infrastructure, will be part of Transport team based in Delhi. Will assist the team in delivering projects, bid preparation, management and support in business expansion and strategic functions. You will be working with a young dynamic and diverse team who are proactive in management of ongoing projects and business development activities. Key competencies required are:

· Sound knowledge of transport planning

· Excellent data analysis and presentation skills

· Excellent communication skills for management and enhancement of existing partnerships & relationships.

· Proficient in preparing bids

· Proactive and passionate about development sector

· Positive attitude and believes in sustainable development

Key activities to be undertaken by the candidate will include:

· Working on projects and preparing reports on aspects related to transport planning

· In depth data analysis on aspects related to transport planning

· Conducting desktop research

· Preparation of high-quality proposals, capacity statements, pitch presentations, marketing brochures, etc based on client requirements and prospects

· Anticipate all client requirements and proactively deliver them

· Conduct lead/prospect assessments and analysis; Help in all Go – No Go decisions

· Make timely submissions using effective modes.

What we will need from you

Essential background experience / knowledge and technical skills required for the role:

· Master’s Degree in Planning with specialization in Transport/ Masters in Traffic engineering or equivalent

· Minimum 04-06 years of experience in consulting / advisory firm(s) with role and responsibilities similar to the ones mentioned above

· Well versed with tendering and procurement procedures and systems of Govt. Clients and Donors (especially ADB CMS, e-consult (World Bank), etc.)

· High quality writing skills and proficient in English (read, speak, and write)

· Proficient in making Power Point presentations, writing high quality reports

· Well conversant with MS office and other computer applications

Desirable skills required for the role:

· Collaborative team player, with the ability to work on their own initiative as required

· Ability to work effectively and efficiently in multi-cultural and multi-ethnic teams

· Open to work related travel

· Ability of complete finisher

· Act with integrity
