Are you passionate about sustainability and green building practices? IIFL Home Loans is seeking individuals like you to join our Green Value Partner (GVP) Team in the Group Housing Vertical.
Brief about GVP:
Green Value Partner (GVP)’ aims to promote sustainable housing practices and environmental awareness among our customers. GVP has three main verticals: Group Housing, Decarbonization, and Self Built. Through partnerships with organizations like yours, we ensure that our operations are well aligned to the highest sustainability standards. In the Group Housing vertical, our focus lies on Affordable Group Housing projects, striving to obtain Green Certification under various Green Building Rating Systems to minimize environmental impact and support sustainable housing in India.
Open Positions:
Position 1: Team Lead (Gurugram, Haryana)
Experience: 8-10 Years
Position 2: Central Manager – PAN India (Gurugram, Haryana)
Experience: 1-3 Years
Position 3: Regional Manager – North (Gurugram, Haryana)
Experience: 5-6 Years
Position 4: Regional Manager – West (Thane, Maharashtra)
Experience: 5-6 Years
What we’re looking for:
1. Champion Sustainable Development: Expertise in sustainable development within the built environment.
2. Expertise in Green Building Standards: Proficiency in interpreting and applying Green Building reference standards like NBC 2016, ECBC 2017, Eco-Samhita 2018, ASHRAE 90.1, ASHRAE 55, SP 41, etc.
3. Effective Communication: Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
4. Analytical Review: Analytical abilities for reviewing design and construction documents, technical data, regulations, and standards.
5. Professional Experience: Relevant professional experience with a track record of advancement in sustainable building design and construction.
6. Certifications: Certifications or affiliation with industry organizations such as IGBC, GBCI, EDGE, and GRIHA are desirable.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Architecture).
2. Proven experience in project management and leadership roles.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
5. Proficiency in software tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and Simulation Software such as Ecotect, Equest, etc.
