Novarch Consultants is looking out for professionals on full time basis for multiple positions:-

location: Two cities in UP

Sr. Urban Planner
Experience:15years of working development plans of large cities. Knowledge of urban development policies and issues and also exposure of working on development control regulations.
Infrastructure Planner
Experience: 10years of working on Urban/Tourism Sector/Smart City/ planning and designing integrated infrastructure projects (roads including smart roads, drainage, solar power etc.
Water Supply, Sewerage, Drainage Utilities expert
Experience: 10 years of experience in monitoring and designing water supply, citywide urban development and infrastructure planning/distribution network(water supply, sewerage/drainage/septage etc.)
Transportation Planner
Experience: 10 years of working on Urban Transport Planning with focus on Urban mobility, designing and implementing NMT, parking projects and framing the associated planning and design guidelines, framing vehicular circulation plans etc.
Heritage and Tourism Expert
Experience : 10 years of experience in promotion of heritage / Tourism, building conservation, heritage management or equivalent
Market Analyst/Economist
Experience: 10 years in sectors of Urban Transport/Tourism involving demand assessment, strategic assessment, economic projections, economic impact analysis, Value for money analysis etc.
Financial Expert
Experience:10 years of relevant experience in project appraisal and financial evaluation resulting in bankable infrastructure projects, developing business case for City Authorities, Development Authorities, Housing Development Boards for market borrowing. developing financial capacity enhancement plan for municipalities, including creating land monetization plans, raising finances and managing them for infrastructure projects, financial modeling project structuring and financial planning.
