Qualification:	✔️ They should have a bachelor degree in Engineering/ Architecture/ Design or related field. In case of Sciences/ Humanities/ Management or related fields P.G. is mandatory. In all cases Ph.D. is desirable but not essential. Lack of PhD may be mapped against knowledge and deep experience.
Experience:	✔️ Depending on the years of experience, the person may be offered the position of Professor/ Associate Professor of Practice. Retired persons from industry/ R&D organizations will also be considered. Experience of 10-15 years, 5-10 years is required for Professor of Practice, and Associate Professor of Practice respectively.
