Job description:

EY is looking to hire experts for the following positions:
1) Project Monitoring

• Review project deliverables
• Maintain excel/ document of all ongoing projects and their status
• Overall project coordination
• Presentations/ review meetings
• Project progress reporting
• Concept notes

2) Contract Management

• Bid process, vendor, monitoring, presentations Reporting project progress to the competent officials on a daily basis
• Identify, on-board, manage and integrate all other specialist consultants/service providers to deliver the specific task/activity and handhold the Authority to undertake the process/specific activity. 
• Drafting proposals and support in selection of Agencies/Resource Persons as required for implementation/completion of projects/studies/process/specific activity RFP/EoI/Bid Preparation assistance, vendor onboarding, draft contract preparation, contract management and project closure. 
• Support in PQ/TQ/Financial evaluation process including co-ordination with the authority.

3) Documentation

• Preparation of concept notes, presentations, brief reports etc. on specific aspects of the Project. 
• Preparation of a detailed report on the execution and administration structure of the Project. 
• Preparation of documents for various high-level review meetings to be held during the planning and execution of the Project. 
• Collation of data, secondary and primary research, and data storage in a digital format for the above-mentioned responsibilities. 
• Any other tasks relevant to the position and deemed necessary by the Authority/Client for successful completion of the Project.

Min. Qualifications & Experience
Post graduate degree or post graduate diploma in Business Administration or Post Graduate Degree in Urban Planning/ Project Management 
Minimum 6 years of relevant government consulting experience as Project Manager
