Job description:
Asian Institute of Transport Development (AITD) is looking to hire Road Safety Engineers to be engaged in iRAP and other road safety assessment projects. The positions are on contract basis for a duration of 1 year and to be based in AITD office located in Sector-9 Dwarka New Delhi.
Beyond the contract period of 1 year, it can be renewed if we have another running project with similar requirements.
Requirements
• Masters’ Degree in Transportation Engineering / Transport Planning from a recognized university/institution.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in road safety engineering / highway design / road safety audit.
• Prior experience or training in iRAP Star Rating and Investment Plan is preferable.
• Must have strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS office (especially MS Excel). Working knowledge in GIS is preferable
