Job description:
Senior Transport Planner — CoE-UT
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work closely with the team on various sustainable urban transport projects of local and state government.
Manage the transport systems data collection.
Prepare analysis of the transport systems data collected.
Technical liaison with clients/cities for the successful delivery of the study/project/s.
Attributes:
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with Master’s in Transport Planning/Engineering.
Prior experience in database management/data analysis/data analytics and technical project delivery in a transport planning environment is a must.
Proficient in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
Possess excellent written communication and liaising skills.
Prior work experience in a PMU environment is an added advantage.
Analytical skills with experience in developing tools using VBA/ Python/ R will be given preference.
Experience in using data analytics software such as Power-BI, Tableau etc.
Experience: Minimum seven years of work experience on sustainable transport planning project/s including e-mobility project/s.
