Job description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Architect who has atleast 2-3 year of experience and thorough knowledge of working on Mix use, Hotel and Hospital Projects and able to coordinate with adjunct consultants.
Core responsibilities:
1. Concept development along with the creation of rendering and presentation, using various design tools including Microsoft Powerpoint, Sketch up Etc.
2. To handle end to end drawing related responsibilities for all projects.
3. Coordination for the structure drawings as well for MEP Services with respective consultant.
Preferable:
1. Ability to work well in a team as well as individually.
2. Minimum 2 year of experience in Architectural reputed firm.
3. Must have good communication skills with an ability to express the design to client.
4. Should have a good knowledge as well command on Autocad and Microsoft Excel to work.
5. Ability to work on fast paced large scale projects.
