Position           : Airport Planner.
Location           : CBD Belapur – Navi Mumbai.

Qualification:
·      Post-Graduate in Engineering/ Planning, Graduate in Civil Engineering/ Architecture.
·      05 years relevant experience in airport planning/ development/ operations or experience of working in similar capacity on Mega building projects or Infrastructure projects.
·      Good understanding of airport design standards like ICAO, IATA, ACRP, FAA Advisory Circulars, etc.
·      Good understanding of aviation regulations like DGCA CAR, BCAS circulars, etc..

Job Description:
·      Review/ Scrutinize and certify concept & detailed designs & drawings, manuals, specifications/ standards, design basis reports related to planning and design of airside, landside, terminal building, cargo building, ancillary buildings, and other associated greenfield airport development including Master Plans, Development Plans, etc.
·      Preparation of designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings.  
·      Review, Inspection, supervision and monitoring of field works related to the project.  
·      Reviewing and witnessing the physical progress on completion of construction and assisting the client in issuing Completion Certificate.
·      Excellent understanding & knowledge about National Codes and Standards like NBC, IS codes, DGCA CAR, and International Codes and Standards like ICAO, IATA ADRM is desirable.
·      Understanding of design specifications and technical drawings.
·      Attending design review & progress review meetings with the client & other stakeholders, and preparation of technical presentations.
·      Technical capability in new technologies and design environments as part of a process of continual professional development.
·      Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures.
·      Evaluating proposals for expansion or any updates to the Master Plan, Development Plan, etc.
·      Reporting on progress and any issues that may emerge at site.
·      Review/ scrutiny and monitoring of design and construction activities for compliance with International, National and Local Statutory as well as Regulatory requirements.
