HVAC Engineer (Leh, Ladakh)
N.K. Gupta Builders Pvt Ltd, a prominent Construction & Real Estate company, is currently seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to join their team.
About the position
Position – HVAC Engineer
Minimum Qualifications – B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical) Graduate
Experience – 5 years
Salary – ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (Negotiable as per skills and experience)
Job location – Leh, Ladakh
Work Schedule – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Perks – Food and Accommodation provided on-site by the company (In Leh)
Requirements –
✅Experience in All aspects of HVAC design and management
✅Proficient with Load and system calculations & HVAC system modelling
✅Conduct site visits for thorough inspections and quality control checks at various stages of construction projects to ensure compliance with design specifications, standards, and regulations.
✅Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and coordination of quality control activities.
✅Proficient in interpreting working drawings and instructing sub-contractors accordingly.
✅Checking incoming material quality & quantity verification.
✅Working proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD. Ability to prepare BOQs and Specifications.
