We are actively recruiting for the position detailed below.

Position – Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager – Highway/Structural Design
Location – Durg, H.O. (Chhattisgarh)

Job Responsibilities –

1.Highway Design: Lead the design and development of highway projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications and standards.
2. Structural Design: Oversee the design of highway structures, including bridges, culverts, and retaining walls.
3. Utilize industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and other relevant tools for highway and structural design.
4. Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
5. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and drafters.
6. Work closely with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
7.Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
8. Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high standards of design and documentation.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate innovative solutions into design projects.
10. Prepare detailed design reports, documentation, and presentations for project stakeholders.

Job requirement-

1. Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
2. M. Tech in Design Structure / Transportation
3. 6-10 years of experience in highway and structural design within the highway construction industry
4. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, MS Excel and other relevant tools.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
7. Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and standards related to highway design
8. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
