Job description:
Urgent requirement:
The Urban Catalysts (TUC) are assisting a consortium of organizations working with Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) to support integrated and sustainable urban development along mass rapid transit corridors in Bengaluru city. In this regard, TUC is specifically looking at incorporating gender and social aspects (GESI) in the project.
We are looking for a short-term consultant for this project.
Project duration: 4 months
Qualification: Bachelor/ Masters in architecture/ urban planning/ urban design
Location: Home-based in Bengaluru, with local fieldwork as required
Language requirements: Kannada
The work involves conducting site visits, key informant interviews, facilitating safety and accessibility audits and developing planning norms and urban design guidelines.
We are looking for someone passionate, who is willing to learn on the job, with good communication skills.
