Qualification:	✔️ Essential – BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent Degree with minimum 55% marks from a recognized University
Experience:	✔️ Essential – 10 years including atleast 5 year experience on working in Historical Cities / Areas and preparing Cost – Estimates with traditional material. ✔️ Desirable – Experience of working in the field of Conservation of Heritage, Redevelopment of historical areas / Urban Planning, Environmental Projects
