Job description:

Arcop Associate Pvt Ltd is one of largest and most reputed architectural consultancy companies in India. We are looking for creative and inspired Project Architect to be an integral member of our design team and lead projects from concept to execution. At Arcop you will be taking on large dynamic and challenging projects.

The project architect’s responsibilities include:

Independently handle a project, be the face of the project
Handle day to day interfacing with clients, consultants and vendors
Creating, developing and preparing presentations and reports with a team of architects
Creating, developing and preparing design iterations, detail design, and construction documents

Desirable personality traits:

Creative flair, with interest in other creative fields
Responsible, take ownership of a project: initiate, analyse, execute, deliver
Professional, quality conscious, attention to detail
Team worker, lead by example, strong interpersonal skills
Problem solving skill: explore, apply logic, analyse, iterate, resolve
Dedication, enthusiasm

Desired candidate profile:

Bachelor of Architecture degree from reputed university
Six to eight years’ experience handling medium to large building projects
Familiar with technical disciplines
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office suites
Familiarity with Photoshop, Lumion/ Vray, Revit
Excellent oral communication and English writing skill
Knowledge of building products, services and construction detail
