Vision EIS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Business Development professionals with 5 to 8 years of experience (End to End Bid Management / Business Strategy and Partnerships), and beneficial if they also have some exposure in the sector of Urban Infrastructure, Environment, Social Development etc.

Position – Senior Executive – Projects and Business Development

About Us:

Vision EIS Consulting Pvt. Ltd was established in 2006 with the core objective of providing a wide range of consulting services in Environment, Urban Infrastructure, and Social Development and has extensive experience in planning, execution, and management of development projects in water and sanitation, wastewater, stormwater drainage, solid waste management, water resource management, forestry, agriculture and allied areas, disaster management, urban planning, housing, livelihoods, and the social sector.

Our key areas of expertise include project management, technical assistance, financial management, procurement/ contract management, institutional strengthening/ capacity building, environmental and social safeguards, IEC awareness/ communication programs, construction supervision, design development, feasibility studies, detailed project reports, quality control, MIS works, GIS mappings/ analysis and other IT enabled program monitoring/management services.

Vision EIS draws its strength from its qualified and experienced team of around 200 core professionals deployed in its various projects and head office. We have been working closely with various government clients on bilateral and multilateral projects funded by agencies like World Bank, ADB, JICA, AFD, DFID-UK and are familiar with its policy, procedures, and operating guidelines.

Job description: –

A Project Management:
• Planning, coordination, execution, and management of assigned projects including manpower deployment planning, providing technical inputs, ensuring timely submission of project deliverables and project financial planning.
• Team Management, Coordination with all experts/ staff, JV partners, Client Management and Troubleshooting/ addressing project issues of any sort.
• Coordination with project team members for status updates, achievement of milestones, key issues/ bottlenecks faced, if any etc.

• Participation in all meetings and ensure decisions taken are promptly complied with.
• Follow-up payments from Client and /or Lead Partner.
• Preparation of project progress reports / MIS reports on a periodic basis.
• Report on any concerns/ issues pertaining to the projects and take proactive actions for the same.

B Business Development:
• To provide overall support to the BD team in tracking business opportunities, creating leads for new business, EOI/ proposal development and by putting efforts to convert potential business opportunities/inquiries into business.
• Assist in exploring JV arrangements, Review/ Finalize Consortium/JV agreements etc.
• Prepare/ attend bid presentations, participate in pre-bid meetings, technical/ financial bid openings etc.
• Coordinate and attend meetings with prospective Clients, liaisoning etc.

C Others:
• Assist the team/ management in technical meetings, discussions etc.
• Development of concept notes, abstracts, technical documents/ papers.
• Any other tasks which may be assigned to you by the Company.
